5. Guest Responsibilities
By booking with LULIS, you agree to:
-
Provide accurate and complete information for all guests
-
Ensure all guests have valid passports and any required visas (for international charters)
-
Arrive at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure
-
Follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew
-
Treat the yacht, crew, and fellow guests with respect
-
Not engage in any illegal activity during the charter
6. Conduct and Behavior
LULIS is committed to providing a peaceful, elegant experience for all guests. We reserve the right to terminate any charter without refund if:
-
Any guest behaves in a manner that compromises the safety of the vessel, crew, or other guests
-
Any guest causes significant damage to the yacht
-
Any guest engages in illegal activity
-
Any guest’s behavior consistently disrupts the experience of others
In such cases, the vessel will return to port immediately, and no refund will be issued.
7. Damages and Losses
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the yacht or its equipment during the charter, beyond normal wear and tear. A security deposit may be collected prior to departure and applied toward any such damages.
LULIS is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the charter. We recommend guests secure appropriate travel insurance.
8. Weather and Itinerary Changes
The sea is unpredictable, and we respect its rhythms. The captain reserves the right to modify or cancel any itinerary due to:
-
Adverse weather conditions
-
Mechanical issues requiring attention
-
Safety concerns for guests or crew
-
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
If an itinerary is significantly altered due to weather, we will work with you to find an alternative experience or reschedule. If cancellation is necessary, a full refund or credit toward a future charter will be offered.
9. Medical Conditions and Special Requirements
Guests with medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must inform us at the time of booking. LULIS will make reasonable accommodations where possible, but the captain’s decision regarding safety is final.
Pregnant guests should consult their physician before booking and inform us of any restrictions.
10. Photography and Marketing
From time to time, LULIS may take photographs or videos during charters for marketing purposes. By booking with us, you grant LULIS the right to use such media unless you notify us in writing prior to departure that you wish to opt out.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LULIS Yacht Charter, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of personal belongings
-
Delays or changes caused by weather or mechanical issues
-

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for the charter.
12. Governing Law
