Cancellation Policy

At LULIS, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, respecting both our guests’ needs and the commitments made to our crew and partners.
1. Cancellation by Guest
More than 60 days before departure:

Full refund of all payments made, minus a 5% administrative fee
31–60 days before departure:

50% refund of total charter fee

Remaining 50% may be applied as credit toward a future charter (valid for 12 months)
15–30 days before departure:

25% refund of total charter fee

Remaining 75% may be applied as credit toward a future charter (valid for 12 months)
Less than 15 days before departure:
-
No refund
-
Credit may be offered at management’s discretion
No-show on the day of departure:
-
No refund or credit
2. Cancellation by LULIS
In the rare event that LULIS must cancel a charter due to:

Severe weather conditions
-
Mechanical issues
-
Crew illness
-
Other circumstances beyond our control
You will be offered one of the following:
-
Full refund of all payments made
-
Rescheduling to an alternative date (subject to availability)
-
Credit toward a future charter (valid for 24 months)
3. Interruption During Charter
If a charter must be cut short due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns:

A pro-rata refund may be issued for unused time, at management’s discretion

No refund is given for voluntary early departure by guests
